As a member of Trade Union Jyty, you are also a member of Unemployment Fund Aaria. If you become unemployed or if you are temporarily laid off, you are entitled to earnings-related allowance paid by the unemployment fund. A prerequisite for the payment of earnings-related unemployment allowance is the fulfilment of the membership and employment requirements. The level of earnings-related unemployment allowance is determined on the basis of your earned income.
The unemployment fund will also advise you on how to apply for alternation compensation if you go on job alternation leave. You can also apply for mobility allowance from the fund to cover moving or commuting costs when you start a new job or work-related training.

EMPLOYMENT OFFICE SERVICES Contact the Employment Office and register as a jobseeker already on your first day of unemployment.
Through the unemployment fund’s e-service, you can send unemployment allowance applications, attachments and messages, as well as view the payment notifications and decisions you have received. You can log in to the eService on the unemployment fund’s website.
