These benefits you get free of charge as a Jyty member

In connection to a benefit there is an estimated price of what the service would cost if bought separately.

• Travel insurance: 100–330 € a year depending on the extent of the insurance and the destination. The Jyty travel insurance also covers co-travelling children and grandchildren of your own.
• Spare time accident insurance: 100–650 € a year depending on age, vocation, etc.
• Employment advice by phone: 135,50 €/30 min
• Help from a lawyer in employment matters: 100–600 €/hour
• Support given by the shop steward at the workplace: invaluable
• Negotiations about the collective agreement in your field, ie. working conditions and pay rises: invaluable
• General interest representation, for instance society influencing on the labour legislation: invaluable
• Liability and legal protection insurance: 50–3000 € a year depending on the extent of the insurance and your work assignment
• Member events, for instance The Healthy Jyty Member education: 790 €/2 days (incl. accommodation, meals and education)
• Participation in shop steward educations: 1490 €/2 days (incl. accommodation, meals and education and compensation for loss of earnings)
• Earnings-related unemployment benefit: the member fee contains the member fee for the unemployment fund. The membership fee for for instance the unemployment fund YTK is 102 euro a year.
• One year of the Jyty magazine: 60 €
• Vocational development 15–2000 € depending on chosen webinars and educations
• The events, benefits and educations of your association: 100–300 €/year
• The local interest representation of the association: invaluable
• The CityShoppari-application: price 20 €/year. The CityShoppari offers discounts and offers of hundreds of euros all around Finland!
